Making a Difference: Our First Five Volunteer Activities
Our volunteer work so far has been exciting and rewarding. During these first few days, we have completed
five different activities:1. Tree Planting: We planted over 50 native trees to help restore a deforested area.
2. River Cleanup: We collected plastic and trash from a nearby river to improve water quality.
3. Beach Protection: We joined a campaign to protect sea turtle nests and monitored baby turtles.
4. Recycling Workshops: We helped teach local families how to separate and recycle their waste.
5. Building Birdhouses: We built wooden shelters to protect birds from predators and rain.
These activities are teaching us practical skills and helping us understand how small actions can make a big difference
for the planet. The teamwork has been amazing, and everyone is motivated to keep contributing to the environment.
